Returns/ Refunds

 

  • Deuces Wild Clothing takes pride in making our customers happy with each purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase. We would not have a problem issuing you a store credit/voucher, or refund, for any returned merchandise.

 

  • Returns/Exchanges are NOT accepted for sales items

 

  • Sorry, but we cannot take back intimate items including underwear, swimwear, bodysuits,.face mask, etc. These items cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons

 

  • All returns must be received within 30 days after receipt of your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

  • Please ensure all items are packaged securely and arrive back to us in their original, unworn condition. Including tags, boxes, casing, etc. We reserve the right to deny any item that does not meet these requirements.

 

  • (WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS AT THIS TIME!) Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of return postage must be paid by the customer at the time of returning. 

  • Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation via email. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

 

  • Due to our rapidly changing store inventory, Deuces Wild Clothing LLC does not process exchanges. We suggest that you send your merchandise back to us for a refund, and place a new order with us at any time. 
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of return postage must be paid by the customer at the time of returning.

  

  • International returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a $10 restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

  • Please include the original packing list with your return to avoid any delays in processing. Once the package is received, we will process the return, and you will be notified via email.

 

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

  • We reserve the right to correct, update or change our returns/refund/exchange policy at any time without notification.
