SHIPPING POLICY 

All US parcels are delivered with USPS, DHL or FedEx and may require a signature upon delivery. 

 

All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 10:30am - 3pm. (EST/EDT)

 

Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched. 

 

Orders can take up to 2-3 business days to process before being shipped; this may be longer if there is a huge promotion taking place. Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs, postal delays, weather conditions, etc.
